Letter to Arizona Game & Fish Department as seen in the NCBOS presentation page 19 states the project "would include" not "will include" radar activated Annoying Red Flashing Lights All Night Long (ARFLANL) this is important to understand that these greed energy hustlers always present that they would add these lighting systems that are off more of the time and only come on when aircraft approaches BUT this is only if the FAA allows it and like with the project in North Dakota (or was it South Dakota) the FAA kept denying it so it's very likely the FAA will not allow it here. This use of the term "would" is a legal protective of the seller marketing trick often used to deceive those who would and will find flashing red lights on all night long very objectionable and destructive to their peaceful dark night skies they enjoy out there. There is no guarantee these radar systems would be approved by the FAA.

AES is the corporate greed system that is putting this destructive project together to ruin the dark skies out there at Chevelon Canyon Ranch and so what's so egregious is their website shows dark skies and wind turbines without annoying red flashing lights as if they are hardly noticed. Throughout this website and HorsePower.net and in the visual experience of many who have encountered these horrible monstrocities is detailed analysis of how they are ruining the planet, not saving it. They only save corporatism and the pipelines built that cause your green $$$ energy to flow into portfolios. When you wonder why inflation keeps hitting you in the head this is one of the reasons.

The company AES boasts the project will create 30 regular jobs but does not tell us that the reliable efficient and clean COAL power plant that was closed in that area of Coconino County which had a footprint of about one square mile had regular 265 jobs nor do the BOS make this comparison as they are all in this cash cow that feeds pensions and portfolios together.

AES uses your tax dollars from subsidies to help clean up highways, in exchange for advertising their name, here is a road sign of theirs in Morongo Valley California that is just 15 miles from the ugly wind farms at Palm Springs and Desert Hot Springs that also use your green $$$ energy for those pipelines to your cash. I have never seen anyone picking up trash here. It had plenty of litter and trash in the bushes when I allowed my camera to pixelize the real world at this moment. I tried to also capture a pixelization of the imaginary world of free power these wind farms are promised to provide but since that is only in the mind only those empty promises appeared on my phone. The wind usually blows the visible litter that routinely accumulates here in the open areas away. There remains plenty of it stuck in the bushes all the time. Every time I see this sign I am reminded of GREED that typically uses your green $$$ energy to power it's lavish lifestyles all 100% dependent on natural ground based fuels.

AES is part of the Green Renewable Electric Energy Development (GREED) systemic problems in your energy transfer, also known as the Green New Steal as presented here as they fill up 49 square miles of 170 turbines that steal your energy to feed it to pensions and portfolios.



Solar is going in also on the north side of the Chevelon Canyon Ranch area closer toward Interstate 40. When solar is put on the grids often the energy cannot be used, it's either burned up by wind farms so they look like they are creating energy, or just shut off as the grid often cannot use it look here is how the northern part of Chevelon Canyon Ranch ares will be looking with solar panels and notice how it changes patterns of travel for wildlife and people in areas where we can recharge when the landscapes are considered to be important.

We also don't hear about how the Navajo Tribe mines coal and sells it to China which burns it like crazy to manufacture the world's products.

Development at Chevelon Butte started in spring 2023 and will cover the size of TWO San Franciscos - special use permits approved by Navajo County and Coconino County but not by residents - Chevelon Butte Wind is in the building stage with 49 square miles of ugly towering wind turbines that are also ruining this area forever - these two projectes are what we now refer to as Disabled Energy Assistance Development (DEAD) energy projects used to prop up portfolios and pensions - wind farms are like movie sets, they are real but they are PROPS used to present illusions in ENERGY THEATRICKS to get your money - it's literally an entertainment industry - solar panels are NOT made from beach sand they are made of quartz and carbon rich coal - they depend on blast furnaces that burn oil - they cannot be made with wind farms - no wind farm can support the world's industry it all depends on oil - they present you illusions - there are plans to install massive solar farm just south of I-40 approved - When wind does not blow and the sun don't shine except up Uranus and Pluto - a planet deemed a planet by vote and junk science like virology - nothing gets done except regular billing - see details presented by Navajo County here

These wind farms are handicapped energy. To be equitable there should be more parking alloted for these in San Francisco and Los Angeles as the state of California is benefitting from these projects parked for 30 year stints a full 666 miles way in Arizona. As it stands the vast and beautiful places to recharge out in the open country south of Winslow and I-40 are being allotted way too much of this disabled energy handicapped parking where they sit there for 30 years. Meanwhile the county of Navajo is making it a crime for disabled humans to live in an "RV" longer than 30 days which could kill them not having such mobile shelters. To fix that at great cost to taxpayers to thus fill up more pensions they might have FEMA provide mobile shelters as was done in the Maui fire disaster as everything that government keeps doing to make people suffer and have less liberty "to make life better" is a disaster.

And while they will throw people who are living in an RV out on the streets after 30 days these wasteful handicapped energy systems will park themselves for 30 years and the most agregious part of this is the reason they limit parking for more than 30 days in an "RV" is based on protecting the beauty of the communities. What a joke. These wind farms are the ugliest ass things in industry ever created and these politicians and other hustlers give them homes for 30 years while siphoning off your cash to pay for it all.



In the August 9, 2022 Board of Supervisors meeting for Navajo County the minutes state that District 3 Supervisor Jason Whiting "talked about the beauty of Navajo County in the different areas" so we wonder how beautiful he thinks this greed energy project will be on Hutch Road that he benefits from financially through investments and pensions and perks while no one out there gets any electric power lines brought to their properties. Even the tribe got free install of power lines when for publicity power companies from all over were brought there. Something is very inequitable here.

These systems will do nothing to adjust climate nor provide any useful energy while not providing any power what so ever to the ranch! Navajo County has in a few short years approved a total of about 82 square miles of unreliable spurratic barely usable energy made by wind turbines 3 square miles of it at the Canyon and 79 square miles east of the Ranch, directly north of Hutch Road, and directly west of Route 377. At Chevelon Butte east of the canyon mostly in Coconino County it will host 52 square miles of chaotic unreliable wind development that depends on your green $$$ energy. Most of the Chevelon Butte wind project is in Coconino County. I had written both the tribes and the county board there and never got a response as apparently they are all in this together. Imagine every car in Los Angeles, New York, Arizona left idling all day and all night so that when ever people had to go somewhere they were ready in an instant, that is grid energy with added wasteful wind and solar systems. The required backup systems idle and accelerate up and down when these intermittant systems are forced into the grid. More carbon is produced, more energy is used, its all green painted pipelines to your GREEN $$$ ENERGY and they are all movie sets for presenting a pacifier of entertainment of make believe "saving the planet".

Europe is finding out the hard way what happens when you depend on the wind, since Russia pulled away it's natural fuels for electricity they have been left stranded! They pushed the green agenda for the last 20 years hard. Germany has 30,000 turbines! They were left in a bind. Dig through the many stories about this winter's residents being left in the cold on the internet for more. So why would Arizona allow this same disater to happen? There's only one main reason this could be possible as no one in governing energy can be that stupid, it's about building pipelines to your cash. Europe is frantically starting coal plants back up while the Cholla plant at Joseph city shuts down. It's not a good plan. It's like they are trying to add 1800's dependent on wind shipping technology to major ports, forcing all these boats into a modern day shipping centre, it ain't gonna work, it mucks things up, slows everything down, gets in the way, stops every time the wind stops, and stops and get in the way when ever the wind is too strong as just like with sailing these wind turbine system power plants shut down or the wind would tear their sails apart and rock the boat and destroy it. When all this happens all the other ships have to stop and wait or slow and move carefully. That is just like what wind farm POWER PLANTS do to the grid delivery systems of electricity. It wastes time and energy! Time is energy, time is money, money is energy. Going backward does not take us forward NO MATTER how many times the woke industry keeps going in circles.

These systems are wasteful and unnecessary as the foundation they are all being built on is the false idea that carbon dioxide is accumulating in the air and "we must do something about it or the planet will overheat" (or freeze depending on how the wind is blowing in these fear mongering marketing pitches). These systems cannot function without your green $$$ taxed energy. An investment banker told me in 1997 wind farms are a SCAM, investors will not invest in them without the subsidies thus they are propped up using taxpayers funds that would be better used on so many other things.

Renewables are completely dependent on oil and barely produce any power. As the grand wind and solar 'transition' descends into a calamitous farce, where entire countres are now begging for oil and natural gas this winter of 2022 as Russia cut off supplies to these heavily built up with renewabes we see now how the scam is in our face, they were telling everyone how much power they produce and it turns out to be net zero and are ready to send all their wind farms to do the greater good on the Sun.

The entire planet is already at "net zero" emissions of green house air as the "absorption of carbon dioxide by grasslands, crops, rangelands, forests, soils and continental shelf waters is far greater than human emissions". This is an absolute and a constant based on solid provable physics. Even though we breathe out 4% carbon dioxide we only breathe in .4% that is ever in the air and still it never builds up to 8, 10, or 20% as the environment recycles and balances these incredibly miniscule amounts by itself. If we were to believe their hustle in science exhaling would be the biggest problem as we do it even when factories are not operating putting out 10x more CARBONATED AIR like those sparkling sodas. If we are to be accurate about the science we also don't disingenuously call them "green house gasses" as gasses is a term typically used with things that are poisonous such as gassing your house for termites. Marketing and sales pitches use this more scary term to describe HARMLESS AIR for their purposes of scamming the public into feeling the need to build these energy inefficient systems or they will or their children wil face imminent death. It's all a big scam. Does that carbon build up in your home in when you are drinking fizzy soda? Open a window in winter, see how bad it insulates!

There is no climate change other than the weather. All climate is changed only by the blazing heat from the sun 70 million miles away, the cooling of water vapor by the frigid space as it evaporates into vapor and creates clouds, then causes rain, snow, sleet, hail, which is a constant process of refreshing our air and recycling the natural elements such as carbon that is in miniscule quantities in the air. In fact it's a purifier of water and air. Water vapor is as much as 10,000% more prevalent than carbon thus is the cause of climate changing. Carbon does nothing, we are already at net zero, anyone who says otherwise is presenting illusions most often for profit. Just like how a footprint in the sand does nothing to affect the beach nor the ocean carbon in the air does nothing to affect climate. Every claim made about carbon printing is a lie to sell the energy transfer systems that are based on disabled energy. Wind and solar do not function well and cause chaos in grids. It's like expecting a disabled lineman that's bound to a wheelchair to climb up a high tension power line to make a repair to keep the grid bringing power to all the other parts of Arizona but not to the neighbors most affected by these GREED* systems, thus the job never gets done as the permanent disability does not allow it. This region has these tall power lines going right through there which is the GEN-TIE point of connection.

If these actually were net energy positive maybe I would not be so vehemently against their abusive landscape ruinous abusive nature as they are net losses of energy totally dependent on yours, totally dependent on oil, totally dependent on the electricity made from coal, nuclear, gas, hydro. They even power these up to make the blades spin to keep them from freezing up like how you might start a car regularly, and they do not even produce much when the wind actually blows at just the right speed which is rare, and they often will burn up the energy they make at the same farm or a wind farm from another state to burn up any imbalance of the grid. They cause chaos and are better thout of as movie sets presenting an illusion, pacifiers, and entertainment. If the public only knew how much energy they use for hydraulics, braking, to turn the entire top propeller structure using electric motors attached to the grid to face the exact direction of wind, to brake them so they don't spin out of control and disintegrate, and other functions such as lights and the public would demand these bird shredders ONLY be installed with proper set back of 7 million miles, on the Sun!
