The sales pitch using gloom and doom scenarios has been used since the beginning of time. Today's one's telling us we need to hand over our votes or we die are no different though considering how humanity has such easy access to information these days it's just become more outrageous. How can anyone believe that humanity will soon be under 100 meters of water.

We can see it here so it must be true because scientists never lie. Yes they do. They need energy so they can say whatever they want to get that energy typically yours in grant money. Scientists fight and contradict amongst themselves all the time and this has happened since the beginning of time. Anyone that says science is settled with climate claiming doom is full of lies or delusion.

So this one claims that if we don't act now (we have been acting for 30 years or more) on solving climate change (I guess to stop climate from changing) we would all be underwater, in 500 years. Where is all that water coming from? The claim is icebergs. That is such a joke. These hucksters never calculate the amount of water an iceberg holds. When ice melts it takes up less volume. It's impossible for all the worlds ice to melt and make sea levels rise this much. Even if they all melted the warming would make more evaporation thus most of it would be in the sky partying with carbon dioxide. The world would be more humid, like Miami. There would be more palm trees and beaches with water. Places like Death Valley would become paradise as it rained more there and water filled up areas that are wastelands where the ground is below sea level. The absurdity of the carbon cult has no bounds. What's oddest is that many of those who are in this cult avoid God and other religions.
