It's ok to have massive 49 square wind farm with 175 turbines towering 60 stories high like Los Angeles skyscrapers but not a cell phone tower that sits on less than 10 acres but they did not like that it blocked the view of the San Francisco Peaks above Flagstaff when driving I-40. So what about driving Hutch Road from 377 and the view of Chevelon Butte wind farm monstrocity of 49 square miles! You can see San Francisco peaks from there. The properties close to the canyon will see a sea of turbines.

I guess they don't make mention of this because it's not their county, ok, even though the project is sited jointly in the two counties but driving Route 99 in Coconino County from Winslow the view of wind turbines will block Chevelon Butte and vistas everywhere there.
